DANIEL MCCARTHY, CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Since May 2002, Mr. McCarthy has served as NCI's Chairman and CEO as well as the Chairman and CEO of its ultimate parent company, Gallarus Media Holdings (GMH), which was created in January 2005 to facilitate acquisition by Citigroup Venture Capital.

GERARD PARKER, DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Since joining NCI in 2002, Mr. Parker has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as a director of GMH since January 2005. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Parker was Vice President and CFO of Primedia’s Consumer Guides division.

SCOTT DIXON, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT NCI — PRESIDENT, REAL ESTATE AREA

Since May 2004, Mr. Dixon has served as Senior Vice President and President of the Real Estate Area. Prior to joining NCI in 1995, Mr. Dixon was at Digital Equipment Corporation in a variety of managerial positions.

ADAM JAPKO, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT NCI — PRESIDENT, HOME & DESIGN AREA

Since joining NCI in May 2005, Mr. Japko has served as President of the home and design publications area. From 1999 to 2005, he was President and Chief Operating Officer for Pennwell Corporation’s Advanced Technology Division.

MARCIA BOLLINGER, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT — MULTI-FAMILY AREA

Since joining NCI in 2003, Ms. Bollinger has served as Senior Vice President of the Multi-Family Area publications. Ms. Bollinger has chaired and served on over 200 local, state and national Apartment Association committees as well as the National Suppliers Council Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary.

STUART CHRISTIAN, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT — PRODUCTION/OPERATIONS

Since January 2004, Mr. Christian has served as Senior Vice President of Production Operations and Information Technology, responsible for the production of all NCI publications as well as the information technology group. Mr. Christian joined NCI in 1991.

TODD DUBNER, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT — DEVELOPMENT

Since joining NCI in January 2005, Mr. Dubner has served as Senior Vice President, Development, responsible for NCI's Corporate Development and Strategy initiatives. Prior to NCI, Mr. Dubner was a SVP at Cendant Corporation, responsible for running its consumer membership travel business.

SUSAN DEESE, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Since joining NCI in 1995, Ms. Deese has served as General Counsel. Prior to NCI, Ms. Deese was employed as Legal Counsel for Cleo Inc., then at Gibson Greetings Company.
